Plant visit reports must include the followings,

1. Company Profile
2. Corporate History
3. Divisions
4. Plant Location
5. Raw Material(s), By-product(s) and Product(s) (in terms of quantity and qualification)
6. Processes Used in Plant (comprehensive explanation with the process units)
7. Waste Management
8. Utilities Used
9. Connections (Export & Import)
10. Product Storage and Packaging
11. Innovations Made in the Company

Guides for the Reports

-Reports must be submitted both on standard A4 size paper using Word in stapled form and
online to Turnitin program. Late submissions will not be accepted.
-Spacing of the text material should be 1.5.
-Dont forget to give references properly.
-Max. 5 pages report (except for the cover page) is sufficient.
-Originality of each report will be checked via Turnitin.
-Correct your report grammar and spelling by using MicroSoft.
