Student Comments
Overall Mary was a great TA. I think the class really benefitted from her presence, especially because she is very knowledgable about the material but thinks in a very different way than
Pr Thaler.
Very helpful with the statistics required for the lab portion of the class. Great personality.
I think that some of the group/debate assignments were graded a bit strictly, because although a lot of work was put into them, it's sometimes difficult to relay this when presenting.
However, Mary was very helpful with stats and assisting with the lab experiments both inside and outside of class. She is a very good TA and her lecture in class was well-presented.
Mary Centrella was a great TA. She showed that she cared about student learning, her comments on our assignments were thoughtful and helpful, and her enthusiasm for the subject
showed in her teaching. She was also more than willing to meet with students outside of class to help with lab or class assignments.
Good job!
