Reflection:
E-Portfolio Matrix: The E-portfolio is a great tool to keep your own and students assessments, lesson plans, and ideas for a personal reference or as a
resume. It is a great way to show your students their personal growth. Working with ELLs they will need something they can reference outside of the
classroom for practice, and with an E-Portfolio they have it all with a click of a button. As I mentioned in the matrix an ESL teacher needs to learn to
understand ever childs background. Through your E-portfolio you can display the knowledge you have for language acquisition and different cultural
backgrounds to help your students succeed.
