Steps to collect rmem folder on the eNodeB

eCCM-root-root> cd /
eCCM-root-/> ls -lrt
eCCM-root-/> cp -r rmem /tmp
cd /tmp
tar cvfz rmem.tar.gz rmem ----zip the file
change the permission write
chmod 777 rmem.tar.gz
then use file zilla to transfer the file
MPR ISSUE
Ping ok but telnet NOK troubleshooting steps
1. The problem is always at the end of the MPR conecting to the router.
2. Remove SFP and plug it again .If NOK continue the next step
3.change sfp port on MPR connecting to the router ---- that is if you are using
port 5 on the MPR change it to port 6.
4. Enable the port 6 and configure the vlan before connecting the fiber
5.Use the right SFP
5.If NOK change the CORE E card on the MPR
