PURPOSE
The purpose of the management structure is to;

Generate BNAPS CSOs Quarterly report. The report is made up of the

following tabulations;
-

number of people reached vs. number targeted

number of people reached by gender, age and marital status

number of people reached vs. number targeted per CSO

number of people reached per thematic area

strategies used to reach people

Identify challenges and come up with solutions and recommendations to

rectify them

Alignment and harmonization on indicators, information/report flows and

reporting timelines.

Give updates on the progress of the project in the district and nation at large.

Currently these meetings act as an M&E Technical working group which provides a platform
for all M&E officers from different CSOs to meet and share ideas and experiences.
