    Always prepared with class materials
    On task throughout all classwork activities
    Ready and willing to participate when called on
    Student adds to the classroom environment in one or more of the following ways:
    Asking thoughtful questions
    Contributing to class discussions
    Advocating for peers or self
    Exhibiting perseverance when challenged
    Student is
    Always prepared with class materials
    On task throughout all classwork activities
    Ready and willing to participate when called on

    Between one and three times throughout the week, the student exhibits one of the
    following:
    Is off task during a classwork activity
    Is not ready or willing to participate when called on
    Is not prepared with class materials

    Between four and six times throughout the week, the student exhibits one of the
    following:
    Is off task during a classwork activity
    Is not ready or willing to participate when called on
    Is not prepared with class materials

    More than six times throughout the week, the student exhibits one of the following:
    Is off task during a classwork activity
    Is not ready or willing to participate when called on
    Is not prepared with class materials
