Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of

America in
Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This act may be sited as the Airline Security Act of 2015.

SECTION 2. FINDINGS
Congress hereby finds and declares that,
1) The elderly are often caught smuggling illegal substances through airline security
which have been
10
placed in jacket pockets and even shoes by criminals.
11
2) Traces of gunpowder and other illegal liquids have been found mixed into breast milk
and formula.
12
3) Illegal fliers have been found illegitimately flying after using a form of fake ID.
13
4) American citizens have been found sneaking into plane tire storage areas after
unlawfully entering
14
restricted areas.
15. 5) People of disturbance have been asked to leave the premises after becoming too
intoxicated before
16
entering a plane.
17
6) Multiple fights and negative encounters have occurred near boarding gates due to a
lack of
18
overlooking personnel.
19

SECTION 3. STATUTORY LANGUAGE
21
A) By increasing airport security, airlines will become a safer and more reliable
environment. Travelers
22
will no longer feel the threat of potential weapons or terrorists through more extensive
security on and
23
in all of American based/centered airlines, airports, and airplanes. Through the elderlys
removal of all
24
jackets and shoes, the extensive examination of breast milk and formula, and the
increased use of drug
25
and bomb sniffing dogs prior to going through security, the government can ensure the
absolute safety
26
of all airport goers. Obligatory sobriety screening and mental examinations of seeming
threats will
27
dictate whether or not said person is enough of a safety to himself or others to board a
plane. Two forms

of ID presented at each gate or checkpoint will establish proper and true identification.
Heightened
video surveillance in pre-boarding areas, restricted access to all take off and landing
lots, and more
authorized personnel stationed at gates will provide almost complete safety to any and
all travelers.
B) We will fund our program from those who use it. We will do this by placing a tax/fee
on those that
are using the travel service. This way, those that do not travel will not be subject to this
tax/fee. The TSA
agency will be responsible for enforcing the security. Part of the funding will go toward
training and the
rest toward staffing. In the end, we will have a group in charge that is prepared to
handle the task.
C) The bill will go into effect immediately. Those agencies that do not comply by
providing appropriate
staffing or training will lose federal funding that has been made available by the
taxes/fees collected.
