DESIGN PRESSURE:

Process design condition is not specified in any PMCS (Piping Class)

There is note on each piping Class as below :
The Piping Engineer shall:
a) Review the applicable fluid conditions, process design conditions and
whether the intended service is as listed for this PMCS and in the PMCS Index
(MD-510-10A0-EG-PI-SCH-0002), to determine whether this PMCS is suitable
for the intended service and duty for the specific project.
b) Consult with the applicable Process Engineer and Materials & Corrosion
Engineer to confirm that this specific PMCS is suitable for the described
service and duty.
Process design Condition to be specified by JE
The Pressure-Temperature Limit has been specified in PMCS as below :
E.G. For Carbon Steel # 150. These rating are based on ASME B16.5 & Pipe
Thickness specified in Spec.

Above are not Process Design Condition hence shall not be included in Line
List.
Currently we are specifying above condition as Process Design Condition.
As per MD-101-SMEM-EG-PI-CRT-0001 section 4.9.3 the minimum Design
Pressure shall be as per Table 4-1
The Minimum Design Temperature shall be as per Table 4-2 of MD-101-SMEMEG-PI-CRT-0001
Refer IND-WI-L-209 Rev-1 section 4.2 for definition of Design Pressure &
Temperature.
Design Pressure = 1.1 X Max Operating Pressure as defined in Line List
Hydro-Test Pressure = 1.5 X Design Pressure (Line List)
Hydro-Test Pressure specified in PMCS is Maximum & shall not be exceed in
any case. This Test Pressure is based on Pipe Thickness & Class Rating
(Flange).
