That the Joint Board Minutes of November 27, 2015 be adopted as presented, including any
revisions to be made.

1) Veolia October and November 2015 Monthly wastewater reports

That the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGRID Joint Board accepts the Veolia October and
November 2015 monthly wastewater reports.
6. Reports and Recommendations:
1)

Negotiations with SusGlobal

Motion: (move and second)

That the Joint BioGRID Committee receives report BIO.15.17 from the Director of
Operations and provides direction as to the negotiation of a partnership agreement with
SusGlobal. [TEF note: Attached to this report are an Operation and Maintenance

Transition Plan and a SusGlobal Business Plan.]

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Motion: (move and second)

That the Joint BioGRID Committee receives report BIO.15.18 from the Director of
Operations and authorizes the signing of the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with
SusGlobal.

Action Items List

That the Joint BioGRID Committee receives the Action Items list and provides direction.

[TEF Note: The only item on the list is the draft budget that has been hanging around for
months that the Chatsworth Council has refused to approve.]
