ACCOUNT OWNER AGREEMENT AND SERVICE TERMS
The following are the terms and conditions for using the email services of the Iraqi
Students Society (IQSS). By checking the "I accept these terms and conditions" box on
the membership page, you accept these terms and conditions.

By using the www.iraqistudents.org.uk web site (Service), you are agreeing to be

bound by the terms and conditions (Terms of Service).

Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) reserves the right to update and change the Terms of
Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance
the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service
after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While
Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you
understand and agree that Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) cannot be responsible for the
Content of the emails and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree
to use the Service at your own risk.

Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are
not permitted.

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information
requested in order to complete the membership registration process.
Your login (email) may only be used by one person a single login shared by multiple
people is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Iraqi
Students Society (IQSS) cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your
failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content and activity that occur under your account (even
when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in
the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to
copyright laws).
General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on (for) an as it is
and as available basis.
Technical support is only provided to (for) account holder who has a valid membership.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove any contents and accounts containing
contents that we determine in our sole discretion which/if they are unlawful, offensive,
threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or
contents that violate any partys intellectual property or the Terms of Service.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any
Iraqi Students Society's (IQSS) employee, member, or officer will result in immediate
cancelation of his/her membership and account termination.
You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, or spam messages.

The failure of Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) to exercise or enforce any right or provision
of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The
Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Iraqi Students
Society (IQSS) and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements
between you and Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) (including, but not limited to, any prior
versions of the Terms of Service).
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the
Agreement, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Iraqi Students
Society's (IQSS) email in any respect whatsoever.
If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision
will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement
will otherwise remain in full force, effect and enforceable.
Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) and you agree that the Agreement is the complete and
exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and
cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications, and other
understandings relating to the subject matter of the Agreement. All waivers and
modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided
herein. No delay or omission by either party in exercising any right or remedy under this
Agreement or existing at law or equity shall be considered a waiver of such right or
remedy.
Restrictions and Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that the Iraqi Students Society's (IQSS) name and logo, all
related products and service names, design marks and slogans are the property of Iraqi
Students Society (IQSS). You are not authorized to use any of those properties in any
advertising, publicity or any other commercial manner without the prior written consent
of Iraqi Students Society (IQSS).

You represent, covenant, and warrant that you will use the email only in compliance
with the Agreement and all applicable laws (including but not limited to policies and
laws related to spamming, privacy, obscenity, or defamation). You agree that you will
not access or otherwise use third party mailing lists in connection with preparing or
distributing unsolicited email to any third party. Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) has no
obligation to monitor the content provided by you or your use of the email.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone
request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your
account at any time by writing a formal letter and sign it, scan it and then send it by
email. If Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) terminates this Agreement because you violated
the Anti-Spam policy, no refund will be issued.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) reserves the right at any time and from time to time to
modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof)
with or without notice.
Iraqi Students Society (IQSS) reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue,
temporarily or permanently, your access to the email with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND
UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL IRQAI STUDENTS
SOCIETY (IQSS) OR ANY OF ITS UNDERLYING SERVICE PROVIDERS, BUSINESS PARTNERS,
INFORMATION

PROVIDERS,

ACCOUNT

PROVIDERS,

LICENSORS,

EMPLOYEES,

DISTRIBUTORS OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY
MONEY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, COVER,
RELIANCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF IRAQI STUDENTS SOCIETY (IQSS)
SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY

CLAIM BY ANY ANOTHER PARTY. IN THE EVENT THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE

FOREGOING, IRAQI STUDENTS SOCIETY (IQSS) IS FOUND LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES
FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION
(WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR
OTHERWISE), AND THE LIABILITY OF IRAQI STUDENTS SOCIETY (IQSS) TO YOU WILL BE
LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT
ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU
