Camera Person
A camera person or cameraman is the person that controls and adjusts the cameras
movement and where the camera is facing. They make sure that the camera is able
to correctly record footage (so its focusing on the person being recorded and not
their feet or the camera is tilted to one side so the footage is unstable.)
Which part of the studio do they work in? (ie control room, studio floor)
The cameramen/women are located on the studio floor, where all the cameras are
situated. This is because thats where the cameras are located.
Sound Mixing
Production Booklet
Sound mixers are the people responsible for making sure that the dialogue within a
production is clear and understandable. They work alongside the filming crew as they
need to ensure that all dialogue isnt being distorted or disrupted by background noise.

Vision mixers edit footage live, this means whilst the cameras are recording they add in a
variety of transitions, like: cuts, mixes, wipes and frame manipulation.
