Kancolle RPG Solitaire Game Rules

The Kancolle RPG solitaire game allows a single player to enjoy going on random adventures.
Numerous rules are changed from the basic game.

PCs
In the solitaire game, one person controls multiple PCs. You may choose up to three ship girls to
form your fleet.

NPCs
In the solitaire game, NPCs will appear to obstruct the progress of the player. The actions of the
NPCs are determined randomly. The NPCs that appear will always be Abyssal ships.

Scenarios
The scenarios in the solitaire game are created randomly.

Introduction Phase
The most important part of the Introduction Phase is choosing the Flagship. The PCs other than
the flagship will have their actions partially determined randomly. Choose the ship girl you most want
to control as the Flagship.
Use the Mission Table to determine the circumstances of the game.

enemy that is harassing the convoy to withdraw! Your Mission is to "Achieve victory during the
Decisive Battle Phase." If you succeed, add 2d6 Bauxite to the Naval Base.

Naval Base Phase

The Naval Base Phase will always consist of two cycles. A fleet battle occurs at the end of each
cycle.

Event Cards
Fill out an Event Card for each of your PCs. Then shuffle them and reveal them randomly.

Fleet Battles
Encounter Phase
Roll on the Encounter Table to determine the composition of the enemy fleet. Roll 1d6 and
halve the result (round down), then add the average level of all of the PCs (rounded down).
Determine the Battlefield by rolling on the Battlefield Table.

Cruising Formation
First choose a position for the PC Flagship. Then determine the positions of the rest of the PCs,
and the NPC fleet, randomly, by rolling 1d6.
If using Reconnaissance or other effects that reveal the position of a ship, resolve those ships'
positions first, before choosing your own.
If the NPCs have Reconnaissance, if their position is the same as that of a targeted PC, they may
re-roll their position one time.

NPC Attacks
When an NPC makes an attack, determine the target randomly.
If there are any enemy ships occupying the same position as the attacker, choose one at random.
If there are no enemy ships in the same position as the attacker, use the Target Table to choose
their target. After determining the target, choose the Trait for the attack randomly.

Target Table
1
The PC with the highest position in the formation.
2
The PC who has taken the most Hits.
3
The PC with the lowest Armor Rating.
4
The PC with the lowest Evasion Rating.
5
The PC with the highest Firepower Rating.
6
Choose a PC at random.
*In the event that there are multiple targets that fit the chosen result, choose one of them at random.

NPC Sustained Fire

An NPC will always use Sustained Fire (if possible) as long as the target's Evasion Check target
number is 9 or greater

NPC Equipment Capabilities

An NPC will always use an Equipment Capability if they are able to do so. If that Equipment
Capability does not have a random target, determine it randomly using the Target Table.

Decisive Battle Phase

When using the Encounter Table during the Decisive Battle Phase, treat the PCs' average level
as if it were 1 higher.

End Phase
The player is free to choose the MVP from among the PCs.

The Ocean Map

The Ocean Map may be used during the solitaire game. See the rules for using the Ocean Map
in the Admiral's Section.
Using these rules, if the fleet reaches the final checkpoint even before two cycles have passed,
the Decisive Battle Phase starts.
However, if they do not reach the final checkpoint by the end of the second cycle, the Abyssal
fleet makes a raid on the Naval Base. Treat the Decisive Battle Phase as a "Crossing the 'T'
(Disadvantageous)" Battlefield. If you lose a battle while the Naval Base is being raided, reduce the
number of all Supplies in the Naval Base by half (round down).
