Purpose of job
Main task
To handle all food & beverage orders and requests as per the predetermined
standards and sequence.
To have thorough knowledge of the menu, drinks list and wine list and to be able
to respond to guest inquiries and to up-sell appropriate food & beverage items.
To carry out cashiering functions and to balance cash float at the end of each shift.
