REQUEST FOR PLANT TOUR

REQUIREMENTS
The students or organizations shall submit the following requirements to facilitate their Plant Tour request:
Letter of request duly signed by the authorized representative addressed to:

Photocopy of Identification Cards and/or Certification of Enrolment of students participating the plant tour.
Accomplished Tour Request Form
Original Receipt issued by the Company Treasury / Cashiering for the payment of plant tour fee of P50 per
student to compensate the manpower cost spent to accommodate the plant tour request.

ADMISSION
1. The students / organization shall arrive on the scheduled time and date of plant tour. Visitors shall plan on
arriving 10-15 minutes ahead of their scheduled tour time to allow adequate time to come through security.
Tour will start on time.
2. Upon arrival at Gate 1, the students / organization shall show a copy of the approved request and shall log-in
their names. The Security Guards On-Duty shall cross check the list of students based on the submitted listing
from the school / organization.
3. The visitors shall be escorted by at least two (2) security guards, one (1) plant site staff, and one (1) professor
per 25 students and every fraction thereof.
TOUR DURATION
1. Tour Choices are as follows:
Film Showing and Orientation
Walk-Thru Visit (starts at the cane unloading area passing thru the main road in the factory and ends at the
raw sugar warehouse)
Will visit areas/s specifically requested
2. Attendees should dress accordingly. Safety shoes and helmet are required to be able to enter the factory.
Loose fitting clothing that can snag on projection or get caught in moving or rotating equipment is prohibited.
Use of appropriate PPE is mandatory. NO OPEN-TOED SHOES are allowed beyond gate 3 no exception.
Attendees will not be allowed to participate in the tour if dressed inappropriately.
3. Tour attendees shall be asked to refrain from leaning on hand/guard rails when observing process and
equipment operation.
4. For security reasons, NO BAGS or PURSES shall be allowed while the tour is on-going. The visitors shall
secure their belongings prior to entering the plant.
5. NO CAMERA, VIDEO or CELLPHONES are permitted during the tour. Group organizers may make a
request for group photos.
6. Respectful and safety conscious behavior is expected of all attendees, including attentiveness and appropriate
conduct while in the premises of the company.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. CADPI reserves the right to cancel and/or deny any request or discontinue a tour in progress. CADPI reserves
the right to stop a tour in progress if safety or other compromising issues arise.
2. Tour dates may be subject to change and cancellation based on the availability of company employee who shall
accompany the visitors or if it is in conflict with prior scheduled company activities. Visitors should be mindful
that tours are conducted by plant site staff out of regular schedule to meet with various groups. The company
welcomes the opportunity to spend time with visitors but in return expects the tour attendees to conduct
themselves appropriately.
