oe MATHEMATICS SUBSIDIARY PART-1 PAPER Time : 3Hours Full Marks : 100 Section ~ I (Compulsory) : One objective type questions 10 marks. This will contain 10 parts as (i), {ii).-.....4(x), each part of one mark. Each part will have four alternative answers(a), (b), (c), and (4). Out of which only one should be the correct answer. Students will be asked to write the correct answer. The alternative as “None of these” should be avoided. Objective questions will be drawn according to following : (1) Differential Calculus : 2 questions. Q) Integral Caleulu 2 questions. (3) Vector : 2 questions. (4)Co :ordinate Geometry of two dimensions: 2 question (5) Real Analysis : 2 questions. SECTION ~ I : Answer ten questions selecting at least one from each group. Each questions will contain ‘two parts; (a) Short answer type (defi ion statement of a theorem/simple result) : 2marks. (b) Long answer type (theorem or problem) 7 marks. About 60% long answer type questions may be theoretical and the rest may be problem.
