The methodology as the methodology on terms for its objectives and goals seem to be
interchangeable in many management functions. The two terms are very different, and both
are essential and fully compatible such as results oriented as project management on its input
as resource and output as result of the invested resources. The output of the objectives drive
the long term outcomes of the project. Additional tend to reflect on its vision and further all
this expectations of the project sponsor and key stakeholders come to an agreeable accord.
Moreover the streams are formed around objectives of the organisation, as deliverables
provide a way to control the project, but seldom yield value to the students, who must wait to
gain value until all topic has been completed and at the very last deliverable has been
accepted.
The Goal and objectives should be measurable. Should maintain a middle way on not being
to ambiguous. Having goals allows to the organisation to think furthers in terms of something
more within the College reach the goal. College get overwhelmed as with the higher level
objectives can say "Let's all rally around and I bet we could get it done." Regarding
objectives are the compass heading for the future into the overarching vision.
The outputs of the organisation it is the result from the input order process on reports as
credit holds, customer invoice when product is when the material is lead as didactic on its
specific topic of evaluation, once delivered and paid for, processing the product order,
inventory check (material and service availability), shipping instructions, and reports of back
orders.
LO 2 Objectives Settings are the organisation of the College Effectiveness which link with
the Objectives, Strategies and Performance.
In the DESIGN process the wisdom key is the principal value and is the consequently of
project planning of the College as positive result of the performance management.
Furthermore to the design implication is easy regulated by OBJECTIVES that have an
generic as SMART:

Specific.
Measurable.
Aligned.
Realistic/Relevant.
Time-Bound.

The College organisation assist development to emerge targets that are focussing into the
action of feedback by finding out the result on planning of the business measurement if allay
to the decision which are expected to achieve.
By comparing the purpose result has a great pay-off potential that is worth the investment
project as business College. One the other hand talking new initiatives if the current
investment doesnt gain the result that had hoped and harvest the resources for endeavours to
help to be more fruitful. By comparing the feedback anticipate results with current progress.
Additional monitoring progress can be as follow:
Check and prioritize review of planning.
Define if the right business activities have the impact I anticipated and applying to
the best strategy as competitive advantage (analyse what competitors are doing)
Determine which method are more efficient.
The above main reason that lead to research being carried out are.

To reduce risk.
To help the planning and forecasting result.
To improve decision making capabilities.

In this way marketing research manage the available tools in tandem with other available
management techniques, moreover can help to reach desire results toward the services and
custom offered by the College.
The Workflow management reliance are core part of analysis and revising the
organisation. The (WFM) are fundamental concepts to the organisation like transforming
resources into a business process are: (the information documents and information
technology. For excelling in the workplace the framework may need assistance in
reaching this goal like motivator and monitor of the staff, members, teachers and
professors such as more direct involvement, adjusting the details of track of the goals
necessary effort to evaluate if they are reaching their goals. Celebrating Announcements
procedure by making a recognition bulletin board and publishing the information in the
College news later. Create a supportive environment that promote risk-taking while
showing to the staff that I trust their ideas and their talent. And offering a incentive like
gift card to the College.

LO 3 Total Quality Management (TQM) such as toll of management. The TQM cover also
role in philosophy, principles, methods and techniques over the Organisation. Deliver a
quality systems, quality circles although a subsequent current amendments by managing and
monitoring quality of the COLLEGE.
Organisational performance: principles of models which underpin organisational

performance; types of performance measures and how to determine and set them;
cost/benefit analysis; risk analysis; the value of a customer-focused culture; the
importance of prevention rather than correction; importance of developing a continual
improvement culture and how to involve others; planning, proposing, implementing and
evaluating change; identifying wider implications of change within the organisation;
Business Process Re- engineering (BPR).

Managing the human resource is a key source of sustainable competitive advantage for the
College. The prospective economic growth centre is important as positioning for its
environment such as specific region. Although is made of a broad diversity of culture, toward
economics, legislature as system and labour market in differing stages of development gives
rise to a variety of approaches to and unique experiences of HRM in our College.

Human resource management has gained rapid and wide spread acceptance as a new term for
managing employment. It remains, however an ambiguous term. People question whether it's
different from traditional management to gather clear and progressive.

In the College and the behaviour of the organisation facing eight major challenges which are
as follows:

responsiveness to professors teachers, customers, increasing revenue and decreasing

costs, also building organizational capability

Change like transformation.

Implementing new technology.

Attracting and developing human capital

Ensuring fundamental and long-lasting change

Above stated brief fundamental regarding human resource management have a say in the new
challenges faced by the College. To enable our organisation to change we must look at areas
within the SWOT analysis: New IT system this drives change as all employees are learning
to use the new system which for some is more difficult and can take longer. Our ongoing
training means that support will always be available either in the office or out on site.
The College need to change to keep one step such as much more ahead of their competitors,
when looking at the S.W.O.T. analysis we can see factors that drive and influence change
within College in betterment.
The term performance management is not only concerned with following regulatory
requirements to apprise and rate performance. Assigning ratings and records are only part o
the overall process. Performance Management is the systematic process of Planning,
Executing, Monitoring and Appraising and Taking Appropriate Action to maintain or improve
performance. The following is a brief explanation of each steps.

Regarding Power can be described as an ability to influence the behaviour of other people in
a positive or even a negative manner. Individuals can easily abuse power within a given
situation. It is important for manager though, to utilize their power wisely and responsible in
order to create positive behaviour I staff members of the College.
Power is therefore the ability to marshal human (staff), informational of its (data and
communication), or material resources to get something done (achieve an objective). The
most popular types management power include, Administration. These sources can based on
position in the organization and power based on the person as an individual, staff.
Thus according the classification of the college changes are the most useful types of
concerns. According to the position as Head of the Advertising and Promotion Department
the two main outcomes that would be most useful and appropriate would be Principal and
legitimate power, for the following.
Can be described as fructose development based on formal position of the in the organization.
It can be associated with the authority of a manager in the organization. Thus as the Head of
the Advertising and Promotion Department it allows the manger / handle the changes.
To have access to higher leaves of management consultation. To get approval of exceeding
budgets to make decisions influencing those tasks and activities of staff.
The need for change has been implied throughout this text. A casual reflection on change
should indicate that it encompasses almost all our concepts in the organizational behaviour
literature.
Think about motivation, organizational environment, and roles. It is impossible to think about
these and other concepts without inquiring about change. If environments were perfectly
static, if employees skills and abilities were always up to date and incapable of deteriorating,
and if tomorrow were always exactly the same as today, organizational change would have
little or no relevance.
However requiring organizations and their members to undergo dynamic change if they are to
perform at competitive levels. Managers are the primary change agents in most
organizations. By the decisions they make and their role-modelling behaviours, they shape
the organizations change culture. For instance, management decisions related to structural
design, cultural factors, and human resource policies largely determine the level of innovation
within them.
