Changing Windows Password via Windows

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and then click Change a password


- Enter your User Account/Email Address (user.name@dana.com)
- Type your old password, type your new password, type your new password again to
confirm it, and then click Change Password

2. Reboot Your PC and logon with your new Password


3. Make sure to update your Password on your Mobile Devices for wireless, email, Lync, etc.

Changing Windows Password via the Web


1. Open Internet Explorer and go to the following site: https://changepwd.net.dana.com
- Enter your User Account/Email Address (user.name@dana.com)
- Type your old password, type your new password, type your new password again to
confirm it, and then click Change Password

2. Reboot Your PC and logon with your new Password


3. Make sure to update your Password on your Mobile Devices for wireless, email, Lync, etc.

Changing Windows Password while connected to Danas VPN


1. Log onto the PC using use current credentials.
2. Connect to Dana via the VPN software (Check Point Endpoint Security)
3. After confirming you are connected to Dana via VPN
- Change your Password via the Web
Or
- Change your Password via Windows
4. After Changing your Password
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and then click Lock this computer
- Use your new password to unlock the computer.

5. Reboot Your PC and logon with your new Password


6. Make sure to update your Password on your Mobile Devices for wireless, email, Lync, etc.
