Mr. Jim L. Munro, Ph.D.,


Grace Church, Port Lavaca
Qualifications: Jim has had
many years of experience in
education and is passionate about the fusion of high
academic standards with high
service values.
Local Church Activities: He
has served as a Lay Eucharistic
Minister, Junior and Senior Warden, Sunday School
Teacher, Lay Reader, and Council delegate. He has also
served as parish advocate.
Diocesan Activities: Jim has served on the Eastern
Partners in Ministry Council for eight years and has
been warden master for the past five years.

Description of duties: The Board of Trustees is responsible for communicating the needs of the school
to the Diocese and gathering resources in support of
the school at the direction of the Board of Governors.
The Trustees meet 3-4 times a year on average, on the
campus of TMI.

The Rev. David Read, Rector,


St. Lukes, San Antonio
Qualifications: David has
raised two TMI graduates
and is a strong communicator
and leader in the Diocese of
West Texas. He is absolutely
dedicated to the spiritual and
educational development of
todays youth.
Local Church Activities: Rector and spiritual leader
for St. Lukes, San Antonio, who is focused on developing strong Christian leaders to carry out Christs
commission
Community Activities: Fair Weather Lodge - helping to
improve the lives of mentally challenged adults; Thanksgiving for the Homeless - providing and delivering a
Thanksgiving meal to the needy in San Antonio.
Diocesan Activities: Chairman of the Department of
Camps and Conferences for over a decade; Trustee of
the Episcopal Church Corp; Member and Chair of the
Standing Committee; Diocesan Development Committee; Bishops Council of Advice; Diocesan Secretary; Six-time deputy to General Convention where
he served on the Legislative Committees for Ministry,
Dispatch of Business, Governance

Dr. Debbie Cottrell,


St. Johns, New Braunfels
Qualifications: Debbies work
background as a university history professor and Vice President for Academic Affairs for
a Christian University would
make her of great value as a
Trustee of TMI.
Local Church Activities:
Debbie currently serves as a member of the Vestry, Lay
Reader, and as Ministry Leader for Adult Education.
Diocesan Activities: Council Delegate, Cursillo participant. Debbie was previously an active member of
parishes in Missouri, Massachusetts, and North Carolina.

The Rev. Jonathan Wickham,


Rector, All Saints,
Corpus Christi
Qualifications: Jonathan has
experience in leadership in the
diocese on a number of levels.
He is a collaborative decision
maker with a deep commitment to the unity and strength
of the Church. He seeks to listen to diverse voices and
to offer clear, honest insight. He is a TMI parent and is
very interested in the strength and future health of the
school.

The Rev. Cristopher


Robinson, Rector,
St. Francis, San Antonio
Qualifications: Cristopher is
passionate about Episcopal
education. He currently serves
as an adjunct faculty member
at St. George Episcopal School
in the Sacred Studies Department. He has previously served
on the Episcopal Schools Commission in West Texas. Of the last eight parishes he has
served as either clergy or lay leadership, seven have
included schools. He is the parent of a current TMI
student.

baseball team at Our Lady of the Lake University
Diocesan Activities: Dean and Chaplain at Camp Capers and Mustang Island, Episcopal Schools Commission, Committee on the Bishops Address, Ecumenical
