GameplaySystems:
Theprotagonistcancreatecertainobjectsalimitedamountoftimesandretainstheminthier
imagination.
ThePCcanonlyproducesomanyobjectsatoncewhichexpireafteranumberofseconds,
correlativetothedurationstatedwithintheupgradescreen,boughtbythecurrencyofthegame.
Conceptsareacurrencywithinthiscat'smindwhichunlocksnewobjectswhichcanbemade
asillusionstojumponorreplicatetheirrealworldmechanics.
Ahealthsystemwillalsobeinclude,onabasisofhavingXliveswhichcausetheplayerto
flickerandbecomemomentarilyimmunefromdamageintheprocess.Whenalllivesarelosttheplayer
mustrestartthelevel.Thislifesystemcouldberepresentedasmilkbottleswhichcanbefound
scatteredthroughoutlevels.
Ahackingsystemoralternategameplaywouldbeimplementedinrelationtovendingmachines
whichcoulddispensemilkbottleseitherthroughbuyingwithactualmoneyyoucouldfindwithinthe
game,attemptinghackingorperhapsacathavingtoclimbinandnavigatethroughthemachine.Inthe
process,thecolourofthevariousdrinksandcanswouldbedrainedbuttheclearseethroughbottleof
milkisdifficulttoidentifyamongsttherestoftheblack&whitecolouredfluids.

Locations:
Themainlocationwouldbeuniversityoraplaceoflearning.Thiswouldincludespecificareas
suchaslibrarieswhichwouldbeabundantinbothlearningandimagination,taintedwithdark
imaginationwhichrepresentsthecorruptnessfromthedarkenergywhichisformedwhenimaginationis
drainedfromtheworld.

Levels:
Tutorial

Thereisagate.whichneitheropensorissmallenoughtojumpover.ThePCsearchesthesurrounding
areaforwhattheythinkmightopeninit.Intheprocess,agustofwindwillblowasheetofpaperwhich
hasadrawingofakey.ThisisthenaddedtothePC'srepertoireofvisualisableobjects.Thevisualised
keywillthenunlocksaidgatetoenterthefirstlevel.

FirstLevel

Thelocationisagamesroom.LegoisspiltonthefloorsothePCmustvisualiseobjectstojumponand
thusutilisetojumpoverthelegoobstacles.Thisteachestheplayerhowtousethevisualisation
techniqueinrealtime.ThiswouldenablethePCtoclimbontoatablewhichissurroundedbyanumber
ofplayersplayingagamewheretheplayersareplayingmechanically.Youthentakeastudentcardto
thenunlocktheunidoortothenextroom.

SecondLevel

Thelocationisalibrary.Hereisapuzzlefilledlevel,createdthroughthescatteredbookcasesthathave
fallenduetotheshadesthatremain.Thisoffersavarietyofheightswithinthegame,evenatthebasic
level:Ground,FallenBookcases,StandingBookcases.Oneofthekeydifferencesinthislevelisthe
introductionofenemy'swhichinteractwiththeplayer.Saidcreatureswhencollidewithaplayer,remove
1lifefromthePC.
Thepuzzlesthemselvescanbesolvedviaoneofthefollowing:Movingthecharacteroverobstacles,
Findingappropiateobjects,Visualisingobjectstosolvepuzzles,specificcombinationswhichresultin
progress.
Duetothesprawlingnessofthislevel,lotsofexplorationmaybeinvolvedasmany"Concepts"are
hiddenfortheplayertoupgradethiercharacter.However,duetotheamountofsidequestsand
challenges,thecarpetofthefloorisadifferentcolourtoindicatepathstotheexcitingdoorandthedoor
ofentry,guidingtheplayeracrossseveralkeyNPCinteractionsintheprocess.

ThirdLevel

Thelocationisahallway/theactualroomwhichcontainsthebeingthatisdrainingimaginationitself.
Herethebeingwillcreateavarietyofsentientbeingswhichwillactasminibosseswhichwhendefeat
unlockasimilarsuchobjectfortheplayer.

ALTERNATETHOUGHTS

Saidvillainhastakenamythicalitem(Thematicallyeitherapaintbrushorsuchobjectwhichallowsthem
toutiliseit)whichenablesthemtoaloneholdthefontofimaginationwithoutlettingothersaccessit.Said
beingalsoleftavarietyofguardianswhichthePCmustalsoovercomeastheyregainthierimagination
astheybecomeclosertothesource.AsthePCisnonhuman,thebeingisnotfocusedonerasingthe
character'spotentialforimaginativeusesandthusthePCthatisthecatwillbehis/herdownfall.
Perhapstiestomythology?Inrelationtothepaintbrushesandsuchlikeintheprocess.
