Fort Knox BERMUDA LIMITED Manager, Technical Services Fort Knox Bermuda Ltd is a provider of hosted solutions, including Cloud- based PBX, desktop and server solutions. It requires a Manager of Technical Services for its business continuity center's Network Operations Centre (NOC). The successful applicant must have a working knowledge of the technical requirements for business continuity and be able to set up and maintain a broad range of networks and their relevant protocols; five years experience in disaster recovery techniques and the management of a high availability environment, network infrastructure and database integrity in disastrous scenarios. The ideal candidate will have strong skills and experience in WANs, LANs, computer operations and customer support. They must also possess skills to assist the strategic and tactical members of our clients’ managementteams. Academic certifications should include a Master's Degree in IT or a related field, and certifications in Cisco, MCITP (Lync server) Checkpoint (firewall management), Asterisk PBX and VoIP management, LOS & NLOS Wireless Network Management, Virtualization and HP3PAR SAN Management and Implementation. Microsoft and Linux skills to support the networks mentioned above are required. The successful candidate must be willing to work outside of regular business hours, weekends and public holidays as required.
