Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to file a complaint regarding the package I sent

last March 18, 2015 at around 2:10 PM.
The package contained an XBOX 360 Console. The declared
value of the item is Php 5,000.00 and its freight charge is Php
415.00. The consignee was my brother, Janer Tom L. Casimero
and his pick-up branch was LBC SM CITY Clark. The package was
labeled as fragile and was sent as VCargo.
He got the package but I was surprised when he informed
me that the XBOX 360 Console was badly damaged.
Attached to this letter are pictures as proof of what had
happened to the console.
The fact that I saw how the package was properly packed
and labeled, and the console was in good condition with no cracks
or whatsoever, I never imagined that it would turn out bad. I
chose LBC Express because I have high expectations that my
package would be delivered safely, since LBC Company has
excellent reputation in the forwarding industry.
For this matter, I would like to ask your good office to
investigate this incident so I can have a fair reason and claim
whatever I am legally entitled with.
