Doors = 2 + (10 x 4 x 0.2) = 10 hari

Total = 48 jam/8 jam = 6 hari

2. Projected Body Stamping (15 Mobil)

Qrtr Panel = 2 + (15 x 4 x 0.5) = 32 hari

Hood = 1 + (15 x 1 x 0.3) = 5.5 hari

Fender = 2 + (15 x 2 x 0.3) = 11 hari

Roof = 2 + (15 x 1 x 0.2) = 5 hari

Doors = 2 + (15 x 4 x 0.2) = 14 hari

Total = 675 jam/ 4 hari = 16.875 hari

Hence, Workhour should be added from 8 hours to be 16.875 hours/Days and 15 cars should be
assembled in 2 batch.
