SECTION 2. - PENALTY.

- Any owner or owners of movie houses found guilty of

violating any provision of this ordinance shall be penalized by a fine of not less than One
Thousand (P1, 000.00) Pesos but not more than (P5, 000.00) Pesos and an imprisonment of
not less than one (1) month but not more than six (6) months; or both such fine and
imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
SECTION 3. - REPEALING CLAUSE. - Any ordinance rules and regulations which are
inconsistent with any provision of this ordinance are hereby amended, repealed and/or modified
accordingly.
SECTION 4. - EFFECTIVITY. - This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
