REVOKE: any and all Power of Attorney/s that may have been or that are associated with any of
the Applications of the Birth Certificate's of the above listed and the above listed Applications
instruments SS-5 Forms and any other Power of Attorney whatsoever to these Constructive
Trusts in order that I can collapse the Trusts that derived from these instruments.

Thank You for your assistance in these matters, if there is any problem in this matter
please write me back and inform me of these problems or errors within 10 days or I will
conditionally accept that this matter is settled with proof of any claim in writing and all
above application instruments have been revoked nunc pro tunc due to the fraud that
has been perpetrated from non-dis-closure and duress just to mention a few of the
reasons for revocation of the above application instruments.
