WORK HISTORY
2013 at PT MUST as Call Center Agent at Smartfren
From Nov 2013 till present, Im working at Call Center Agent under PT MUST vendor at Smartfren
telecommunication company. My job desk is handling phone call in to give all information all about product
they have, handling all inquiry what customer need and handling complaints if customer have some problems.
2013 at House of Arsonia
For three months on 2013 from June till August, Im joining to House of Arsonia at Pejompongan South
Jakarta. Im working as a Daily Worker there for F&B Service where my job desk was as waiter, cashier, and
banquet service. I didnt work for long there because while Im working there Im still doing for the final essay
for graduation for my studied so at last August I decided to resigned and focus on my last essay test at STP
Trisakti
2012 at Portico Cafe
For two weeks Im working at Puerto Rico as a Part Timer at Banquet Service in Senayan City when there is an
event that need more server at that time.
2011 at Aston Bogor Hotel and Resort
At Aug 11 Jan 12 during my studied Im going to Aston Bogor Hotel and Resort at Bogor, West Java to fulfill
my on the job training as the requirement for my graduation. I do the training in Front Office Department where
while Im working there my position always been rolled. For three months early my training as an telephone
operator where my job desk was handling called in and out, transferred called in and out either for intern
department or for guest. For the second two months my position have been changed from operator to the
bellman where my job desk changed to. When I was in bellman, my job desk was to help with guest luggage
either luggage up or down then escorting the guest to their room, explain the facilities in the hotels and outside
the hotels and last of my job desk was as a bell driver that sometimes when marketing officer or others
department staff need driver to went somewhere to offering some of our facilities like ballroom, or meeting
room and others. For last one month I was put in front liner in front office department. My job desk there was
checking some guest doc who have reserved for a room in their hotel or who was have stayed at their hotel,
check the BEO ( Banquet Event Order) for some companies that have reserved either the ball room or meeting
room when they used the room, what are they need at that time while they make their convention and arranged
with other department like banquet service department for the meeting room or housekeeping department for the
hotel room.
