External Sealing Kit for Testing HEUI Injectors

DIPACO now has available external seal kits for use when testing Power Stroke and Navistar HEUI injectors in
test equipment such as that provided by Hydraulic Injection or Hartridge. The DPS0028 kit contains an o-ring for
the lower sealing groove and two seal rings used in the center and upper grooves. The o-ring and seals are soft
and pliable providing quick and easy installation and removal on an injector and can be reused several times.
The o-ring and seals are black in color to prevent confusion with the seals contained the DPS0008 for HEUI
injector installation in an engine. Since the seals in the DPS0008 kit can only be used once, the DPS0028 kit
provides a low cost and leak free alternative to using new seals for testing. It also greatly reduces the chance of
seal failure when an injector is installed in an engine since the seals have not been previously compressed in test
equipment.
Also available is DPS0028-100 which includes 100 o-rings and 200 seal rings at a considerable cost savings.
NOTICE: The o-ring and seals in the DPS0028 and DPS0028-100 kits are only for use when testing HEUI
injectors and MUST NOT BE USED IN AN ENGINE.
