MISE EN PLACE:
1. Chopped vegetable
2. 1 cup cooked rice
PROCEDURE:
Brown sugar glazed pork chop:
1. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Rub the sugar or the spice mix on both sides of the pork chop, using all the
spice mix.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. After the oil is hot, cook the pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side until
browned.
Buttered vegetable:
1. In a steamer, steam vegetables for 3 minutes or until tender.
2. Transfer steamed vegetables into a serving bowl.
3. Add butter, salt and pepper then toss until well coated. Serve immediately
with the glazed pork chop and rice.
