EvenThoughFreudstheoriesaboutthehumanmindwere
extremelypopularduringthetwentiethcentury,astimeprogressedasignificantamount
ofquestionsaroseregardinghisstudies.

scientistscanconcludethatmanyofhistheoriesarenotnecessarilytrue.Freuddidnotconduct
anyscientificresearchallhisdatawaswhathemerelythoughtwascorrect.Thereisalsono
evidenceshowingthathetrieddifferenthypothesestohelpruleoutirrationaltheories.Freud
couldhaveignoredalldatathatwasagainstwhathethoughtandsolelyfocusedonwhathe
wantedtosee.Theamountofstudiesdonealsocouldhaveaffectedhisresultsduetothefact
thathemostlystudiedwomenduringavictorianera.Itwouldhavebeenmuchmorebeneficial
ifheconductedresearchondifferentgroupsofpeoplefromdifferentareas.

Conclusion
:SigmundFreudwasanastonishingpsychologistofhistimeandwasgreatly
admiredforhisworkonthehumanmind.EvenThoughhehadmultiplefollowerswhosupported
hiswork,theyallfailedtorealizethatFreudcouldhavebeenmakingupeverywordhesaid.
SigmundFreuddidnothaveanyscientificbasedresearchnordidheconductenoughdiverse
researchtofullysupporthisideas.Theamountofquestionsthatmodernscientiststhoughtof
regardingFreudstheoriesissomewhatexcusedbythefactthathistheorieshavelargely
impactedmanystudiesandpracticestodayregardingthehumanmind.
