My 91-year-old father was admitted to Aldercreast Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center in May 2015. Machanda Smith, in the Admitting Office, was the first
person to interact with my family -- her professionalism, knowledge and skill
of her job was very apparent and it helped with painful decisions that needed
to be made.
In additional her forth rightfulness, understanding all the aspects of the
circumstances was a godsend and help the family through a difficult time.
She would be an asset for any company.
