have you learned?

My friends and I had satisfactory team work. This project was a group project that everyone in
group had to participate in so we designed and made sure that everyone have their role and do the
job. We consulted in group first for planning to know every ideas from every members, I tried to share
my ideas and listen to other too to get the best idea for our group. When we do an experiment we had
their own role to manage the time so that made our group finishing our work early and had time to
note somethings from the experiment. Then we did the lab report by separating part of it to everyone
in group and made sure that it was fair to everyone. I tried to finish my work on time and came to do
the conclusion with all members in my group. I have learned that when we do a group work I have to
do my job as best as I can and try to finish it as fast as I can because my job have to add to the group
work so if I can finish it early then other member can check and help me to edit it.
I also got my disappointments. When I did my own work which is not group work sometime I do
not dare to write my own opinion on the report because I have to consider that it is a group work so it
make me had no confidence to write some things on our work. Therefore, that was not good for our
work because when I did some work not good as it much be so other members have to help me to edit
some part of it. Other problem during working is members in group and I cannot match our times with
each other so all member can meet very rarely. This problem made us did the work group harder, but
we can fix this problem if we manage time very well. I have learned from my mistake that I should
have more confidence and always talk with my mate team about my problem on work. From the group
I know that we can fix the problem if every member talk and decide together, more heads are better
that one. The group work, it mean that everyone have to help each other in the group.
