Generator Circuit Breaker GT32 Troubleshot details

Initial checks:
Before starting stroking of the coils, we observed motor was starting for 1-2sec
in every 5min, we have switched off the motor supply and waited for the spring
to discharge at its maximum level, we noted that the spring is actually
discharging and has gone to maximum up to 16mm linear motion, after this rate
of discharge is very slow approx. 1mm/15-20min.
Cam operation checked and found working fine, as soon as spring discharged it
activates the cam switch and start the motor.
