Skeabeck and Cpl. Koran. The following persons were interviewed, Pt.
Raymond Halas, Aux. Pozniak, and Dispatcher Campbell who was on duty
in the dispatch center. Along with a statement and report submitted by Ptl.
Cicero, The following has been detarmined. 4) Violation of Department
pursuit policy 2) Failure to follow the orders of the Officer In Charge to
terminate the pursuit 3) Failure to video an approach to the suspect 4)This
