Blended (Online & Face-to-Face) - Overall

Instructional Delivery
method for Course
Providing an online option allows flexibility but incorporating a face to face component gives and opportunity
(overall)
for clarity on anything that may have misinterpreted in the online component. The face to face component will
allow the learner to ask questions on material that may be perceived as a challenge to digest. This is also an
opportunity for the facilitator to engage the learner with assigned tasks to reinforce and/or implement the
strategies in real-time.
This course will be delivered completely online, asynchronously.

Instructional Strategy Online Class/Tutorial- Learners will be able to identify the components of a resume and understand how the
positioning of these components plays a big role in employer visibility.
