Srinagar, the 4th October, 2011
SRO-307, I n exercise of the power conferred by the section 124 of

the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmlr and Section 15 of the Jammu

and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act,
2010, the Government hereby make the following amendments in
the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and
Recrultment Rules, 2010 namely:I n rule 6 : i. for entry (iii) of sub-rule (4) the following entry shall be

substituted; namely:"(ili)one Offlcer of, or above, the rank of Addltlonal Secretary

to Government from the concerned Department"

ii. for entry (iv) of sub-rule (5) the following entry shall be

substituted; namely: -

'(lv) one Ofncer of, or above, the rank of Additional Secretary

to Government from the concerned Department"

iii. Entry (iii) of sub-rule (6) the following entry shall be

substituted; namely:"(Ill)one Ofiicer of, or above, the rank of Deputy Secretary to

Government from the concerned Department"
