Travis Scott is an amerian singer, his music is R&B. Travis
scotts real name is Jaques Wester, he I singed to 3 reording
labels; he was signed to Epic records in 2012, grand Hustle
in 2013 and GOOD music also in 2012, not only is he is he
an artist he is also a producer. Travis scott releaed his first
mixtape Owl Pharaoh in may 2013 and his second
mixtape Days before rodeo (picture to left) in august 2014
and a debut album Rodeo in 2015.
Travis scotts music genre is R&B so I believe that his main
competitors within the music industry would be other artists such as Drake, The
weeknd, A$AP Rocky and Kanye West.
Drake- travis scott is often associated with drake, although drake raps alot he is
compettion for the tavis scott as they sing the same genre of music. tavis scott
and drake have collaborated making music togethersuch as no sleep, no reply
and type beat- drugs from the 6.
Kanye west is a very popular artist likewise so is travis scot, they have feautered
together in song and collobareted and created sucsesssful msic uch as Piss on

I have cosen to make my music video to The weeknd Wonderful, his music
genre is R&B so I believe that his compettitors within the mucis indusrty
would be other atrtists such as J Cole, drake, Travis Scott and Future.
Abels (The weeknd) music started in 2010 when he uploaded music to
youtube which then progressed in 2011 as he released 3 albums all which
consisted of nine tracks- House of Balloons, Thursday and Echos of silence
and then in 2012 he released Triology. In 2013 he relesed another
almbumn called kiss land. Although hes a poplular artist his music

generally only became mainnstram recently; his albumn Beauty behind
the madness was realsed in 2015 which was his most popular akbum yet,
it became his first number one album and wwas in the Billboard 200, this
helped bhim become more of a mainstream as rhis album included his
populr singles The hills I cant feel my face and earbed it which was
used in the popular film 50 shades of grey, these three singles were in first
second and third place on the Billboard Hot R&B songs chart for a period
of time making the weeknd the first artist in history to have achieved
holding the top three places in the Hot Billbvoard R7B songs chart.
J cole sings similar R&B style music where theres a lot of singing, he is a
popular artist like the weeknd.
Drake- the weeknd is often associated with drake, although drake raps alot

The weeknd and drake have collaborated making music together and even
toured together, Drake helped contribute to the weeknds sucsessfulness
and populairity by havinbg the weeknd as a supporting act during his
