(SHUTTERING OIL)
DESCRIPTION

: POWER RELEASE OIL is a high quality solvent free mould releasing agent. It forms a
film which enables easy stripping of form work from concretes. The unique formulation
of Power Release Oil provides fair faced stain free concrete together with easy stripping
of moulds.

: Method for Application:


POWER RELEASE OIL should be applied on moulds after cleaning them. It can be
applied by brush, sponge, cotton waste or by conventional mould oil spray. It is better
to use a spray flat cone nozzle for best coverage.
: A coverage between 40 to 60m2 per liter depending on the type of form, porosity,
texture and condition of shuttering plates and ambient temperature.

STORAGE

: Store under cover out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperatures.
Storage life up to 12 months when stored in unopened containers as above.

PACKING

: POWER RELEASE OIL is available in 210 liters barrel.

PRECAUTIONS

: Gloves should be worn when handling POWER RELEASE OIL. Splashes on the skin
should be removed with soap and water. Contact eyes must be avoided and accidental
water. Contact with eyes must be avoided and accidental contamination should be
washed thoroughly with plenty of water and medical treatment sought immediately.
Good verification should be ensured and smoking during use is prohibited.
