 Disciplic Succession - Bhagavad Gita 4.2
Bhagavad Gita was spoken first by Krishna to the Sun God Vivasvan.
Vivasvan gave the knowledge of Gita to Manu and Manu spoke to Iksvaku.
Thousands of years passed this disciplic succession was broken. 5000 years
ago Lord Krishna spoke to Arjuna again to re-establish the disciplic
succession. If we learn from this parampara (disciplic succession) we know
how to worship Krishna. If we do not follow the parampara we would end
up doing wrong things.

Ours disciplic succession is called Brahma-Madhava-Gaudiya sampradaya

comes from Brahma. Krishna instructed this knowledge to Brahma first.
From Brahma -> Narada -> Vyasa deva -> Madhava -> ……… -
>Chaitanya Mahaprabu->Rupa goswami->……-> Bakti Vinod takur-
>Bakti siddanta saraswati takur->Srila Prabupada….

By following this parampara we see no change in knowledge. As we know
