cooled which result in the killing of the pathogens and microorganism present
in it.
packaging is done in using FFS machine in aseptic environment.
Packaging material is a 5 layer LDPE/LLDPE/EVOH /Bynel 4109 which act as
tie layer (DUPONT).

SHELF LIFE OF MILK IS 90 DAYS FROM DATE OF PACKAGING.


This option is giving challenge to tetrapack in terms of costs it is cheaper
option.
Air aseptic pouches these are flexible multi-layer pouches consisting of
(PE&PP) 60% and contain 40 % Baptized CaCo3.
It is stand up pouch it consists of two male buttons, two female buttons and a
hinge. When the consumer has opened the package and wants to reclose it,
he simply folds the top and gives it a light pinch. Then he will hear the typical
snap and knows it is sealed.
Pouch is 16 gm in weight.

Tetra Pack REX Bio tetra pack Rex Bio is a first tetra brick carton made up
of plant based material it is manufactured solely from a combination of
plastic derived from plant and paperboard.
Tetra Rex Bio-based cartons, the low density polyethylene used to create the
laminate film for the packaging material and the neck of the opening,
together with the high density polyethylene used for the cap, are all derived
from sugar cane. These plastics, like theForest Stewardship Council (FSC)
certified paperboard, can be traced back to their origin, affording the package
the highest category of bio-based certification from Vincotte, the
internationally-recognised assessment body.
