    A single riveted lap joint between 10mm thick plates is to be designed with at least 3 rivets.     a) Design a single riveted lap joint between 10 mm thick plates and also
    calculate the joint efficiency. If the
    Permissible tensile stress in plates = 120 MPa
    Permissible shearing stress in rivets = 120 Mpa
    Permissible crushing stress in rivets = 180 Mpa
    Also draw the top view and sectional front view of the given single riveted lap
    joint. Show atleast three rivets. Indicate all the dimensions. Use snap head for
    rivets. Use 1:1 scale.
    b) Draw the layout of typical aircraft landing gear using AutoCAD
