respect for all the families with younger children that watch football, let alone the biggest football
game of the year? That suggestive video clip would gain at least a PG13 rating in a movie. It was
far more suggestive than Janet Jackson's stunt where she at least still had something on. What's the
message sent to all millions of young boys and girls who watch? I dont have kids but know many
who do and know they are shocked when this type of ad content is shown during a family friendly
program. Its one thing to show this during adult-oriented programming where parents wouldnt have
it on in the first place, but with football, they dont have time to react and change the channel. Super
Bowl ads are the best ads of the year as many families watch the Super Bowl just for the ads.
Unfortunately though, CBS couldnt resist selling one 15-second slot with a naked woman to earn a
few more dollars.

selfish. There seems to have been no forethought about consequences. Entertain when it's time to
do so. Express your opinion where and when appropriate. The Super Bowl was not a venue for her to
act out. Had I attended, I would demand a refund for the purchase if my ticket. I strongly believe she
should apologize for THAT performance.
As a person, I would strive to bring lives together. Display strength in a listening and caring manner.
Exemplify patience and togetherness. Diversity should endorse differences, not aggravate

Okay, the only thing I had problem with was the first few minutes of Kickoff Show, there was no
caption coming up. Then it came up, delayed really bad for few minutes, then got better for the rest

problem.
The NuMale commercial suggests that a woman is required to visit a physician, using a walker,
because her husband injured her following "enhancement" by NuMale.
There is nothing remotely funny about families across Omaha being subjected to this. It is
unfathomable that physicians would produce and air this commercial suggesting that it's cool to have
sex so vigorously with your wife, that she has to use a walker and seek out medical care.

broadcast in substandard ALL CAPITALIZED TEXT when the standard for reading is lowercase, just
like this form, just like ALL books, magazines and newspapers. ( Even those big green interstate
highway signs are in lowercase.)
ALL CAPITALIZED TEXT is the lowest quality text you can force on someone. The brain expects
lowercase because it is the standard worldwide for hundreds of years. ALL CAPS slows down the
reading process, making it harder to understand the programming. The broadcasters keeps the
CAPS LOCK key on because they are so lazy and don't care for their hearing impaired viewers,

WFOR Directv CH4 (CBS) "Super Bowl 50" 2-7-16, 6:30-10:00PM Eastern.
The closed captions were broadcast in substandard ALL CAPITALIZED TEXT for the entire program
when the standard for reading is lowercase, just like this form, just like ALL books, all magazines and
all newspapers. ( Even those big green interstate highway signs are in lowercase - wonder why?
Because lowercase is easier to read !!) Why is CBS allowed to use substandard ALL CAPS closed
captioned text for deaf and hard of hearing?
ALL CAPITALIZED TEXT is the lowest quality text you can force on someone. The brain expects
lowercase because it is the standard worldwide for hundreds of years. ALL CAPS slows down the
reading process, making it harder to understand the programming. The broadcasters keeps the
CAPS LOCK key on because they are so lazy despite spending millions on producing this programs
and receiving millions in advertising revenue.
Note that the ads broadcast during the show are closed captioned in normal lowercase, the way they
should be. As soon as the Super Bowl programming starts or restarts, the captions are in Illegible
ALL CAPS AGAIN !! What an absolute disgrace !!
Note: IMG_4870_converted.mov ads with captions in normal lowercase play until 1:30 when
substandard ALL CAPS resumes.

During half time show at Super Bowl 50, Beyonce performed a song with blatant racism against
White/caucasian Americans. She dressed in bullets and guns, and formed a sign in celebration of the
panthers criminal organization. Totally offensive. Cannot understand why CBS would promote gun
violence, forment violence, racism, and anti police messages.

Nothing from Super Bowl 50 on NFL Apps are captioned. I see there are clips from Super Bowl
commercials.... I wanted to watch them again, but none of them are captioned. How can I watch
them again without captioned. Since they were aired on public channels, and they are not captioned
on NFL Apps, aren't you guys breaking the ADA laws? breaking 21st Century Communication and
Video Accessibility Act law? It's not fair hearing people can enjoy watch the clips again on NFL Apps,
but Deaf people cannot without caption. I know there are thousand and thousand of die hard Deaf
fans who would love to watch those clips on NFL Apps, but how can we without caption? I defiantly
would have loved to watch those Super Bowl commercials again, but I cannot without caption.

I am trying to watch Super Bowl live on Apple TV through NFL Apps. I see Closed Caption is not
provided.
It is live streaming from public TV which is required Closed Caption. Why is it not working on NFL
Apps? There is 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act passed in 2010. It has
been six years and still no Closed Caption on NFL Apps?! How can I watch the Super Bowl 50th on
my Apple TV if closed caption is not provided? This is not fair and I am very disappointed.

Consumer said that 2 of the ads during the super bowl were something that she wanted to report.
Kick starter with mountain dew she thought was a disgusting commercial and she said it aired twice
before 9 pm where kids could be watching this. She doesnt think that kids should be able to see. She
said the commercial had a made up creature made up of 3 animals. The creature goes up to men and
starts licking them which she said is very sexually suggestive and very odd. She thought Marmot
apparel commercial as well was disturbing. She said that it also aired before 9 pm and kids could be
watching this as well. She said the commercial featured a guy and he was doing activities with a wild
creature and as the commercial goes on the animal looks up at the man and almost kisses him. Then
says that she is not that kind of marmot.

Description
I believe the advertisement for the Toyota Pruis, debuted during the Super Bowl and continuing to run
today, is unacceptable for broadcast. The ad literally depicts the actions of criminals using the Pruis
as an efficient getaway vehicle after committing a bank robbery. Although the ad doesn't show the
robbery itself, it is clear that the four men emerging from the bank (complete with masks to covers
their faces) committed a violent crime. They then steal a Prius and proceed to outrun police in a
dangerous fashion on public roads. I appreciate that the idea is "fantasy," but the passive depiction
(and use of humor) to depict violent crime should not be tolerated. Would we feel differently if the four
men were being chased for drug crimes? For murder? Crime, particularly violent crimes such as bank
robbery, have no place on our public airwaves in an effort to sell cars, or anything else.

i've never been compelled to right a complaint before until last night. i am a fan of beyonce. i am also
white. i do not have a problem with beyonce taking pride in her race. or anyone else for that matter.
but if any white artist was to perform a song anywhere, on any stage, about having pride in their race,
there would be extreme backlash. and really, never in a million years would the people who run the
super bowl ever allow that to happen on their stage that reaches over a 100 million viewers to begin
with. but beyonce is allowed to sing a song about black pride surrounded by all black dancers,
wearing all black, wearing black berets ala the black panthers, and talking about having all blacks get
in a formation. that is the biggest double standard i have seen in my entire life and should not be
anywhere on my tv. and then to end the halftime show talking about getting together and loving each
other...but she started it by singing about black pride? how do you go from segregation to integration
in one show and not look like a humongous hypocrite.

I was struck by a Verizon commercial during the Super Bowl with Verizon touting their larger
bandwidth by showing lots of animated people all trying to get through a small door at once, then
showing how many more could go through a larger door. This made me think about Verizon, Tmobile and other Internet Service Providers recent scheme to cap bandwidth and then allow certain
types of data to pass through without effecting that cap, often termed 'zero-rating' implying that data
has zero impact on your cap. Isn't this simply a form of discrimination, e.g., this data doesn't cost you
extra but this other data does. The analogy that came to me after watching the commercial was what
if all the animate white people could pass through the door free but the black and brown people had
to pay a toll? Isn't that the same as the zero rating policy? And how does that jibe with net neutrality
where all data is supposed to be treated equally? And where does zero rating lead us (us as in the
people of the United States)? An internet where only the information / data that ISPs deem
acceptable is allowed to pass over their networks? Or only the information or data that pays or
strikes a deal with the internet service providers is allowed to pass over their networks? Other data,
black, brown or unable to pay for zero rating will be charged, throttled, congested? There have been
enough studies showing that the service providers are not doing this to manage bandwidth, there's
more than enough bandwidth, they are doing it solely for profit? Should service providers be able to
profit from discrimination?
I strongly urge the FCC to step-up and put an end to zero rating
