Description: Evaluating and managing Benson H.S. students in the Wellness Center.
Visits are 20 minutes and will be documented in OCHIN. Please confirm your OCHIN

login and password prior to the start of the rotation. Unless further notified, login
location should read: Richmond Walk-in.
Instructions: Please contact Alex for assigned activities prior to going to Benson. Check
in at the front office (can print a day badge at the office computer). The wellness center is
East from the entrance.
Parking can be found in the rear of Benson (off 15th and Glisan) toward the back. The
further spots do not have reserved signs. This lot can fill up in the afternoon- alternative
parking can be found in the surrounding neighborhoods (10th-11th St.). Bike parking can
be found near the front entrance of the school.

Description: Shadow a variety of providers, lab technicians, and epidemiologists to
acquire a better understanding of STD screening, treatment, follow-up, and
epidemiologic monitoring.
Instructions: Arrive at the front office and ask for Kathy Venator. She will give you a
brief tour prior to seeing patients.

CDRC Adolescent Behavioral Assessment

Description: Shadowing multidisciplinary team (MD, psychology, SLP, etc) through
behavioral assessments in adolescent patients.
Instructions: Arrive at 8:15 and ask for Dr. Panoscha at the front desk.
