1. List the steps involved in capturing video,
compressing the video, and preparing it for DVD.
Briefly discuss the decisions you need to make with
each step regarding compromises on image quality
and other limiting factors.
First of all we must capture a video using a video
camera which has higher and better resolution.
After capturing videos,we cant prepare it for a
DVD without editing the RAW footages.
Then we need to choose a suitable video editing
tool like Premier Pro to edit thos RAW footages.
After editing we need to import it,when importing
we need to think about size and the quality of the
video
So we need to choose suitable codec to compress
the video while mainting a higher resolution.
After importing the edited video, we can burn it to
a DVD using suitable DVD burning software.
2. Discuss how the computer monitor image differs from
a television image. List the limitations in creating
images on the computer destined for a television
screen.
There is no major diffenrences between TV and
computer monitor physically. But there are some major
differences in technology. TV has less pixel density than
a computer monitor. And colours are looks more vivid in
TV than computer monitors. So if we view an image in a
TV screen it will look bit bigger than we see it in the
computer monitor and we can see sharpness of the
image is less in TV.
So its always good to use a computer monitor.
