How to become Supervisor & beyond

Creating your 90-Day Action Plan

LEARN THE BASIC TERMS:

1. Retail Profit

The difference between the products at full price and your discounted product price. Ex: $200 (full price is
what customer paid), New Herbalife Member with 25% discount collects $200 and pays only $150 to get products
and ship them to the customer. Herbalife Member made a $50 profit.

2. Volume Points (VP)

A point value assigned to each Herbalife product that is equal in all countries. Volume Points are used for
qualification and bonuses.

3. Personally Purchased Volume (PPV)

The volume from orders purchased directly from Herbalife using your Herbalife Identification Number.

4. Personal Volume (PV)

The volume from orders purchased by you as a Fully Qualified Supervisor and all others in your downline
organization, excluding any 50% orders by your Qualifying Supervisors and Qualified Supervisors.

5. Downline Volume (DLV)

As a non-Supervisor, Downline Volume is based on volume which is placed directly from Herbalife by
your downline Members ordering between 25% to 42% discount.

6. Organizational Volume (OV)

The combined personal volume of all your downline supervisors in your organziation.
