The new ISO9001: 2015 version is substantially different from the old standard. This
course will show you how to implement a new generation quality management
system.
Course Outcomes

Understand the implications of the Annex SL structure.
Implement quality concepts required by ISO9000: 2015.
Integrate risk-based thinking; PDCA and the process approach.
Identify documented information requirements.

ISO9001:2015 LEAD AUDITOR COURSE (5 days)

Course Objectives
Our lead auditor course will show you how to verify that your quality management
system conforms to the ISO9001:2015 standard requirements and how to identify
opportunities for improvement.
Course Outcomes
At the end of this course you will be able to:
Interpret requirements of ISO9001 in the context of an audit.
Describe roles and responsibilities of auditors and lead auditors.
Plan and conduct an audit in accordance with ISO19011.
Report the audit, including writing valid, factual and value-adding nonconformities.
