Vitos Restaurant, Moncton
Summer 2014
Client Service Agent- responsible for answering calls from Canadian veterans, involves
answering questions in regards to individual coverage plans, and various benefits. This
included appropriately transferring calls to various departments, seeking out answers to
requests and ensuring all needs we're met.
2011-2012
Waitress/Server- responsible for serving tables, both during lunch and supper rush hours,
includes taking orders, preparing meal necessities, preparing drinks, and serving meals,
as well as cleaning tables and resetting them for more guests
2010 - 2012
Substitute Teacher responsible for keeping the children safe and disciplined, while
following a lesson plan, typically left by the classroom teacher. Experience teaching
French, science, math, health.
Summer 2009
Office Assistant responsible for accounts payable, invoice filing, preparation of daily
deposit, and other various office tasks as required by supervisor.
2006-2008
Cashier and Sales Representative responsibilities varied, some included working cash,
taking and receiving payments, as well as dealing with customer complaints and returns.
Other responsibilities included helping customers find what they were looking for (sizes,
colors, styles), while maintaining a clean, well-organized store.
2006-2008
Coach responsibilities included coaching young children from ages 6 to 13, helping
them learn the basic schools for soccer, volleyball, and basketball, while maintaining a
fun outlook on sports. This also included several other activities such as creating team
names and performances. Daily and weekly campers were also given awards; this was
chosen by each coach.
2004-2006
Internship Experience

summer 2010
Responsibilities included daily office duties, as well as large projects including creating a
staff manual containing all rules, employment responsibilities, expectations, code of
conduct etc. for both the arena workers and for the restaurant. Other projects included a
new employee handbook, seeking potential advertising partners, and also organizing
and creating flyers and pamphlets regarding all activities at the arena.

participants, minimum 30 volunteer hours required
Accepted as alternate for NB department of education Leadership Camp (sponsored
by the rotary Club)
Selected as Junior varsity MVP for HTHS in 2006; also selected as game all-star and
MVP in various basketball tournaments.
