MSW Admissions, Wayne State University:

I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Zoe Scholes for admittance into the
MSW Program at Wayne State University. I highly recommend her to become a
graduate student based on her drive, ambition, and commitment to the field of social
work.
I had the honor of teaching a BSW level class that Zoe attended in the BSW program at
WSU. I have had the opportunity to observe her participation with other students, WSU
staff, volunteers and community partners and to evaluate her emerging knowledge of
the social work field. She is an outstanding BSW professional in all respects. She has
proven that through hard work, follow though, and team work, she can accomplish tasks
in a courteous and timely manner, while balancing professional and personal demands.
Zoe is well equipped to grow from challenges that she is presented with. She is a strong
candidate for any position that she endeavors to pursue, with specific strengths in the
areas of diversity, empathy, and community engagement. I strongly support Zoe for
