Parents/Guardians,

It has been a great and productive semester of tutoring with your students! I
am so proud of them and all of the accomplishments that they have made so
far. With the semester coming to a close, I wanted to inform you of a couple
of things to help you plan for the end of the year and to get you started on
signing up for tutoring next semester. I have very much enjoyed working with
your children and would love to have the opportunity to continue working
with them next semester.
First of all, I will be going out of town for Thanksgiving. I will be gone
November 26th December 4th. This affects the following tutor sessions:
Tuesday 11-26
Wednesday 11-27
Monday 12-2
Tuesday 12-3
Wednesday 12-4
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I will be offering make up
sessions on Thursday Dec. 5th and Friday Dec. 6th for any of you who would
like to squeeze in a last minute session to prepare for end of the year testing.
Please text, call, or e-mail me if you would like to set up a session on either
of these days.
Also, my final day seeing any students this semester will be December 11th.
Lastly, my schedule will be changing next semester. I will be working on
Tuesdays and Thursdays only. I have not yet decided definite times but 4-8
seems the most likely. If you would like to go ahead and sign up please
contact me, and I will put your name on the new schedule as soon as it is
released. Tutoring services are provided on a first come first serve basis, so if
you have a time you would like, it is best to let me know as soon as possible.
