The counsel for petitioner files a compliance report for having served the Public hearing
notice by e-mail on 291 affected persons.
Heard the HT/EHT consumers and IPPs who have appeared before us pursuant to Public
Hearing Notice dated 21-11-2014 served by the petitioner. Several consumers and IPPs
have stated that the petitioner has already issued notices to them demanding O&M
charges.
Some of the consumers and IPPs seek time to file written submissions. Two weeks time is
granted for the HT/EHT consumers and IPPs to file written submissions, if any. The counsel for
petitioner seeks time to file written response on the oral/ written submissions made during
public hearing today. The petitioner is granted time up to 31-12-2014 to file the written
response. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the written response to the
affected persons. Public hearing is adjourned to 8-1-2015 at 11 a.m.
It is ordered that till the disposal of this petition, the petitioner shall not disconnect any
installation for non-payment of O&M charges pursuant to the notice issued by it in this
regard.
