BRT may take a long time

Implementation
Public Private Partnership is necessary to

White Flint Partnership can convene local


stakeholders, and carry out typical BID activities
(maintenance, security, marketing)
Provide internal transportation, public space
programming, public art installations, pop-ups,
etc.

Implementation
Until a BID is formed, White Flint Partnership
should:
Hold each other accountable for implementation
of sector plans and design guidelines, such as
by property covenants
Raise private and public funds for public
amenities with priority to the Pike nodes
Advocate with state and county authorities
Work to establish BID
Convene local stakeholders, e.g. neighborhood
