Data Gathering and Requirements Analysis.

In this process, the researcher conducted

an interview and gathered data, using the tools of written document, interview, questioners, and
observing people and processes at work. Then the data were analyzed the collected data using
modeling tools. In analyzing of the system, it used analytical and modeling tools in order to
present the graphic, pictorial, and representation of the system.
The instruments or tools for gathering data in research used as a basis for drawing
conclusions or making inferences. Some of these tools are questionnaires, interviews, empirical
observations, research and analysis used by the proponents as they conduct the proposed study.
After gathering all the requirements, the researcher analyzed all the requirements and proceeded
on designing the system or software architecture.
Designing or Software Architecture. The researcher made a preliminary design, then a
detailed design. The preliminary design was made with computer aided software engineering
tools and project management software. The automated software engineering tools are programs
that automate various activities of the system development life cycle. While, project management
software consists of program plan, schedule, and control the people, cost and resources required
to complete a project on time. The detail design is also called a physical design, which describes
how a proposed information system is delivering the general capabilities described in the
preliminary design.
Coding (Computer Programming). This step consisted of translating the logic
requirements from pseudocode or flowchart into a programming language and made the running
programs.
